"Once again, AMS Home Remodeling, Frank, was able to clean up my mess.  After ordering a closet organizer unit online. I made the mistake of hiring another company to install the units - 3 total (2 reach in and 1 master).  This original company did not know what they were doing and caused me nothing but more problems (i.e. holes in walls, damaged pieces from closet unit that needed to be replaced, etc).  Frank was able to make time in his all ready busy schedule to come out to take a look at the mess.  He was able to get me into the schedule and complete the install and all repairs from previous contractors by the end of the week.  Frank and his crew (Bruno plus 1) did more than an outstanding job.  Final product is amazing.  I have used AMS Home Remodeling for a complete makeover in my home and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an honest dependable contractor.  I absolutely LOVE these guys.

We contracted with CRG Remodeling in May 2019 for a kitchen and powder room remodel in Washington DC, and ended up doing much more, including LR/DR/hallway painting, plumbing fixes, and an office remodel. We found Cornelio to be honest, highly efficient, professional, responsive, can-do and flexible. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, skillful, and knowledgeable. The team fixed problems as needed and any additional work was priced fairly. He has an excellent crew which was capable of doing most of the work (floor sanding was done by others). "Unfortunately we found asbestos containing floor tiles under a laminent floor in our house.  We made the decision to have the material abated and conduct a kitchen remodel (new cabinents) at the same time.  There are not many options in the area when it comes to asbestos abatement contractors and even fewer who will provide both abatement and renovation services.  We quickly decided to go with Contractors Unlimited because they offered both services and Bill was responsive, knowledgable and very personable - and we were not disapointed.  Bill and his crew performed an excellent job, ontime, close to the originial estimate price (we expanded the scope slightly), and at a more than reasonable cost.  Bill and his crew kept us in the loop as the demolition/abatement progressed, calling us throughout the day.  After the work was competed he kept in touch as we worked to schedule our replacement kitchen and worked with us to accomodate our tight deadlines.  As the new cabinets were installed, Bill and Dwayne oversaw the installation, insured that the floors weren't damaged and paid attention to the little details with respect to craftsmanship.

"Very well. Robert explained the work they would do and he coordinated tile, plumbing and countertop replacement. We had an early 80's kitchen that needed help but we didn't want a major renovation. They updated our cabinets with new, larger doors, painted the frames, added soft-close hinges, and constructed a new cabinet to replace a built-in desk. New backsplash, granite countertops, and hardware. Their work was a superb value and we're pleased with our new "bright" kitchen!"

He had previously planted trees for us and fixed attic retractable stairs. He was always cheerful and enthusiastic despite performing grueling labor in hot humid weather.
