We did a lot of research and after listening to about five contractors and seeing their estimates, Berith was for us! Their pricing was excellent! They removed a load bearing wall, installed all beams, obtained all permits, met with all inspectors and performed such a fine and detailed finished product that we are MORE than thrilled we used Berith Builders. They completely gutted and designed an open floor plan to include a show worthy kitchen with an 11’ island, family room, powder room, new windows, an elegant dining room, new floors, refinished the stairs, added iron railings, created an upstairs laundry room, a master suite with a big walk in closet and a master bath in stone, tile and granite. The 5’x7’ master shower is amazing and the little touches like crown molding, custom cabinets, insulated sunroom doors, dining room wainscoting, pocket doors and oil-rubbed bronze finishes everywhere are show stoppers. They made great recommendations to little problem areas in our house. Needless to say, we are in heaven! Their customer service is top notch and every single person who came through our home felt like family. We couldn’t recommend anyone else any higher and know you’ll be pleased with Deane!"

"BEAUTIFULLY. I worked primarily with T.J. who addressed my every concern and questions immediately. He worked with my insurance company from the beginning all the way thru completion of the project. I am a "discerning" customer and can genuinely report that I have never had a better customer service experience. T.J. helped me to select the best color of shingles for the new roof, helped with my application for the HOA approval of a color change, he made certain that the crew arrived when scheduled and made certain that the interior work crew coordinated with the roofing crew. Since he knew that I was especially concerned for my dogs he had the crew do an additional search the following day. "This job was part of a whole house painting job the company did on a single family house I was putting on the market. It has two levels of hardwood floors, 15 windows and one patio door. There is a kitchen and two full bath an powder room. The crew did a great job, especially with the professional range (Wolf 36") and range hood (Vent-a-Hood, 900 cfm) that saw some heavy cooking over the past few years. They did miss two windows. I'm sure if I pointed out in time, Amilcar will work on them. But given the great job they did overall, I have nothing to complain. Amilcar is very responsible and responsive. It was a pleasure working with him."
