"I had a great experience with this contractor.  They came when they said they would to give me an estimate, the estimate was reasonable, and after collecting two others I chose them. They then came to repoint my chimney when they said they would, they did the work in the time they said it would take, and the finished product looks great.  They also cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The job was probably a little more complicated than usual because my air conditioner units are at the base of the chimney, but they navigated around them without any apparent difficulty.  I am glad I used them and I would do so again!

"BEAUTIFULLY. I worked primarily with T.J. who addressed my every concern and questions immediately. He worked with my insurance company from the beginning all the way thru completion of the project. I am a "discerning" customer and can genuinely report that I have never had a better customer service experience. T.J. helped me to select the best color of shingles for the new roof, helped with my application for the HOA approval of a color change, he made certain that the crew arrived when scheduled and made certain that the interior work crew coordinated with the roofing crew. He made certain that the crew went thru my yard multiple times to pck up any nails that may have fallen into my yard. Since he knew that I was especially concerned for my dogs he had the crew do an additional search the following day. T.J. worked with several people to address hail damage in my community and everyone that I spoke with had the same glowing reports about T.J.'s excellent customer service and absolute professionalism. I usually only write a review if I had a poor experience - as a warning to others, but sometimes a company/employee stands out so brilliantly that I want to let other potential clients know! "This job was part of a whole house painting job the company did on a single family house I was putting on the market. It has two levels of hardwood floors, 15 windows and one patio door. There is a kitchen and two full bath an powder room. The crew did a great job, especially with the professional range (Wolf 36") and range hood (Vent-a-Hood, 900 cfm) that saw some heavy cooking over the past few years. They did miss two windows. I'm sure if I pointed out in time, Amilcar will work on them. But given the great job they did overall, I have nothing to complain. Amilcar is very responsible and responsive. It was a pleasure working with him."

"Excellent skill and service! I had Bill Polyzos come to the house for an estimate. He gave me a guaranteed price which was reasonable-- actually a bargain. His brother Lambros brought their team the next week, and quickly went to work transforming the entire interior of the house. They stripped the wallpaper, painted every surface which had originally been painted, fixed small wall problems, and made it look Brand New. And, as luck would have it, and unusual warm period in February occurred. They were able to squeeze in the exterior painting of the whole house except for the brick during those two warm days. The Polyzos' attention to detail was impeccable. It gave the house a complete makeover from top to bottom. Polyzos Painters also only use Sherwin Williams paints, so you'll get the best quality! They did such an amazing job on this house, that my neighbors hired them as well. I cannot recommend the Polyzos Team highly enough."
