They finished the patio off with matching poly sand and the end result made us want to use the space immediately. We are now about 3 months post closing and have recommended John and his team to several of our friends & neighbors. We feel like the deck and patio are what makes our back yard and have already gotten significant use out of them over this season. John and his team have stopped by to make sure we are still happy with the results and check in on any punch list items – which were few and far between.
