"I spoke with Bobby about taking care of some wall repairs we needed. We had to remove exhaust venting for a pellet stove that we did not want to use anymore. There was an exterior wall with vinyl siding on it and an interior wall with dry wall that needed repairing. He was very professional and friendly. He provided a reasonable estimate on the work and completed the job in one day. Cleaned up after the work was done. We are impressed with the high quality of craftsmanship he did overall. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. "This wasn’t the first time I used Vazquez & Son. In 2014, they expanded my closet and built custom doors for it. Luis and his team are alway nice, attentive to detail, and leave the work area clean. So, when my bathroom ceiling was torn up to repair a leak I called him immediately to repair and get my bathroom back in order. In fact I had them repaint the whole thing and it looks great. I’m writing this review a year later because once again I have an emergency repair need (broken bay window) and once again Vazquez & Son are to the rescue! I had been traveling out of the country and a guest using my place broke the window. From the airport, on a Sunday morning, I texted Luis a picture of the window and he responded within 10 mins. It is great to have a reliable responsive handyman/construction service provider when you need one. Not all my projects are big money, but it’s my home (1 bedroom apartment) and having things done right matters to me. Vazquez & Sons treats my projects like professionals and never make me feel like small potatoes. I’m a loyal customer, and plan to be, as long as Vazquez & Son is in business."
