Excellent customer service from MAC Appliances. Technician was very knowledgable, identified the repair needed, had part on truck, and fixed my Samsung Sensor Dryer within 1 hr. Great company!!! I highly recommend them.

I called MAC 12/8 and explained what the problem was. We setup an appointment for the next day, 12/9, between 10 and 2. The next morning he called around 9, asking if he could come early. That was fine with me, since my previous experiences service personnel were not good. Because he was able to determine the problem from the information I provide him over the phone, he fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional, friendly, and informative. Answered all my questions and even helped me with a concern I had with my washing machine . The cost was reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.

Mac Appliance Repair was quick to respond, explained their pricing scheme and was on time for our arranged appointment. After showing me what I was doing wrong with my dryer (sleep deprivation), he swapped my stacked dryer door so that it would open as my washing machine’s door. Although he could have left and been paid the agreed service fee, he instead did another repair so that I could get my money’s worth (and stop hitting my head on the dryer door). Thank you!!
