They had to come back 11 times. The people that are in customer service needs to be fired. We got threats and letters. Siding is still warping to this day. We had a sales rep come and tell us outright lies. We have pictures of our house you would not believe. Horrible experience

Great experience overall. Salesperson Brendan Frantz was knowledgeable and made time to explain the options well. Windows were installed within 8 weeks of ordering - nice HCR crew, and kept the installation clean. Competitive price & timing, plus having their own crews, weâ re important factors for me. Transition from sales to install was a little confusing but everything worked out!

John Boccia was great throughout the entire process. He came out to our house and explained the process, the products they utilize and the features and benefits. He remained in contact with me before installation and right after to ensure my satisfaction. He had their teams return to my house to check up and ensure nails were removed from the yard and driveway and is even coming back to talk about window replacement for the future!

Everyone involved were friendly and honest. The crew was on time, did a great job - finished our roof in one day and left the yard clean. Our roof was in great need of some repair as well as needing shingles replaced. We would recommend Homefix to anyone.

The representative for HCR( Jeff Sproehnle), was completely prepared to discuss the work to be done and gave clear concise explanation as to how the work will be performed and approximate time it will take to complete the job. We hired HCR to install a new roof, new windows, and new insulation in our attic. Our entire experience from the presentation, installation, and completion were all done with great professionalism and much satisfaction. Understanding our high expectations, we felt that the entire team at HCR delivered on their promise to provide excellent work and customer service. We would again, and are considering having HCR do other projects for our home in the future and I would certainly recommend to anyone to work with them for any projects your home may require.
