We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

"Luis and his crew were PRONTO-fast in responding!!  They offered to begin replacing my gate the same day (after providing me an estimate), but started the following day when I was more ready.

Luis assured me that the job of widening our gate was not too small for him to consider.  After speaking with me on the phone, he and his crew pulled up in front of my house an hour later.

He gave me an estimate, and immediately left to pick up the materials for the job.  Luis stayed in touch with me by phone when he had trouble finding the gate that met my needs; he kept looking and eventually found what I wanted.  He understood the job was a surprise for my hubby, and was finished in a few hours, within the time he'd promised.

I contacted Vazquez & Son because of the good reviews I read.  I'll DEFINITELY phone them when I need handyman-type jobs again.

Even took the time to have the door supplier get another door after finding damage on the original door they had out. They worked hard and replaced all of the rotted wood with new. They cleaned up well after completion. I am very pleased with the installation. I would highly recommend them."
