"I had a disappointing experience with this company. During installation, they leaked hydraulic fluid all over my lawn, which badly damaged the grass and still hasn?t fully recovered despite them adding some grass seed after multiple calls to them. That should have been a warning sign, but I decided to move forward. Less than a year later, the rain sensor stopped working after only one season of use. Whether the root cause was a faulty product or the install itself, I expected the company to stand behind their work. Instead, they told me that while the manufacturer covers the part, I would need to pay extra for labor. To me, that shows a lack of accountability. A professional company should take responsibility when a system fails so quickly, regardless of whether the issue is equipment or installation. Unfortunately, that hasn?t been the case here. If you?re considering hiring them, be aware that you may be left with damaged property, unreliable equipment, and additional bills."

"My experience with TLC Inc. was a very positive one! I had a well/cistern that was leaking onto my lawn. Apparently the drainage system had deteriorated over the years. Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. Now, my lawn is dried out, instead of being a swamp. I recommend TLC Inc. for any water-related issues! Thank you, Mr. Hall!"

His company cut my lawn with no real issues for a few years then one day one of his crew damaged one of my vehicles. Shit happens though right? Matt was apologetic and told me he would re-reimburse my deductible after repairs and then proceeded to give me the run around for months! One thing I can never and will never respect is a man that can't keep his word! I would NEVER recommend this company because of that............ 1year later STILL waiting for my reinbursement smh"
