"Our sprinkler system is newly installed so I cannot rate customer service other than for the period prior to and during installation. The initial encounter with Martin was very positive and he was responsive in addressing my follow-on questions and concerns. I chose Burge after evaluating 3 companies. While there were minor differences in the approach of the 3, the price and details were similar. Burge stood out based on reviews of their customer service over multiple years as well as their provision of an online capability that worked for our family.
