"Eric and his company definitely earned this positive review and here is why. The first attempt at restoring my patio with replacing the polymeric sand in all the joints didn't go as planned, largely in part of the rainy weather and perhaps some areas where the crew, in my opinion, could have done a better job. The job was paid it full but 2-3 days later, it was quite apparent that the entire job would need to be repeated from scratch. Whereas most other companies, particularly those were already paid in full, would have considered the job "done" and not listened to their client's concerns, Eric and his company DID listen and very promptly returned to the site to determine how to repeat the work with an outcome that was clean, great, and has already received compliments from neighbors and friends.
