"When the owner of Md. Curbscape came to my house to review the work to be done and give me an estimate, I was very impressed. He was very nice and listened to what I wanted done without interruption or making me feel like he had someplace better to be. His estimate was lower or compatible to the other two estimates I got. He began the work on the date we agreed. His crew removed a two-car concrete driveway, apron and sidewalk. The crew could not have been more professional and respectful of our yard and the surrounding area. When they were finished they cleaned up the street and yard like they had never been there. The work crew were not subcontractors but employees of Md. Curbscape. They worked seamlessly and meticulously to turn out a beautiful stamped concrete driveway with a broom finished sidewalk and apron. "We had our master and hall baths completely gutted and rebuilt. We bid the project out to several companies, and DMV was immediately the most helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Luis and the team completed both bathrooms in about 6 weeks - and this was a full demo. The crew was extremely kind and courteous, and worked hard to minimize the mess and impact to our home. One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. The tile work in particular is beautiful - details I hadn’t even thought of were done for me. Like any job, we had some changes to scope (our choice), and some minor hiccups. They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened. Honestly this experience was a 10 out of 10, and I hope we can have them out for another project soon. Our bathrooms went from blight to bling in 6 weeks - I look forward to getting ready now!"
