Great job with scheduling and service

Jeff was AWESOME! He did a great job with the new outlet & holes in the wall. Then, he wrapped up all of the wires neatly behind my receiver/CD/Comcast box. He also connected my TV to the speakers which I hadn't done yet. So I am very happy!!!

Installation was fast and the price more than fair. I would have no trouble recommending them!

It was pretty good. We got a few extra things done. There was one person that came to do the work, because he did more than just the $175 for the one TV it took like three hours because he did four more TV's. He got the stuff mounted very well, he communicated very well as to what we needed, and what we be the best spot. We even went out and brought a TV based on his recommendation that's showing up really well. The worker was awesome.

Jeff got right to work when he arrived and explained the different options of where and how to mount the tv. We realized that the wall over our mantle was unorthodox, but he somehow found a way to conceal the wires. He also plastered all holes made to conceal wires, and after we added a few small touches of paint, all you can see is the fireplace and the tv - no wires, no holes, no anything.

Perfect!! Couldn't have asked for better customer service and professionalism, and technical performance was even better than expected!!

Jeff contacted me right away after placing the order to schedule the installation. He arrived on time and was completely prepared to do the job at hand including the necessary hardware, cabling, and tools. The installation was done in a very professional manner. The installer knew exactly what needed to be done and how to get it done quickly and efficiently. It was obvious that he has a lot of experience. He worked closely with me to make sure I was happy with the location of all the wall fixtures and the TV itself. He relocated my cable TV connection from where it was in the wall to behind the TV, to include rerouting it in my basement. When he was done, he vacuumed up all the dust from the drywall and from the holes we made in the basement. All the Cables were tied off and neatly stowed leaving everything very clean. Most importantly, my wife was very very happy! This service was totally worth it. Don't do this yourself. Hire Digital Edge to take of it for you.

Jeff did a terrific job. He corrected a lot of errors done in a prior installation (he really improved the speaker performance), added a new receiver, diagnosed a poor HDMI cable, and reprogrammed a Logitech remote - adding new one touch features (music and Sirius XM). He was a real find on Angie's list.

He arrived exactly on time and was wonderfully professional the entire time. He even went out of his way to make a trip to the local hardware store for some screws that made the mount more secure. I was pleased with the price and know it was fair for this service. I would definitely hire this company again.

I have know Jeff from Digital Edge for quite some time now, I have done work with him on 3 different occasions and Jeff has always been very helpful from answering the phone promptly, his prices are very reasonable, he works with your schedule and his work is phenomenal. I would highly recommend Digital Edge. I had Jeff from Digital Edge out to my home on two different occasions to hang two tv's. The tv's were hung perfectly! All the wires were hidden inside the wall, an outlet was installed behind the tv and everything was hooked back up. They were on time, friendly, and affordable. He arrived a little late but called and alerted me which was no problem. He arrived and wanted to assess the situation before he started. He brought everything he said he was going to bring and jumped right in. He has done this hundreds of times and although he ran into specific issues with my house (Outlet boxes not aligned properly and stud location issues) he has solutions for everything) he was there for several hours and I just got the feeling I was in good hands( He arrived in a mini van that was unmarked so the marketing piece could be a bit stronger but that was my only issue. Very Very staified and the cost $199 first TV and $149 for TV #2 was very competitive and the cheapest price I had received. He has great electrical and cable experience and had no issues with the hook ups once each unit was mounted.

Jeff was great.  He was very professional and did a great job of mounting the tv and concealing the cables.  He was slightly delayed, but provided a small discount on the price due to being late.  Jeff was able to get things done quickly and made sure to clean up the area he was working in.  Jeff was very easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend him.
