He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. "I was extremely satisfied with the professional conduct of this job. I had carefully designed the structure of the shed. It was important that all the dimensions of the slab be met accurately and that the 6 posts be placed precisely and perfectly vertical. They were. Working with Jaime was very satisfying as we had numerous discussions about details as the job progressed. I provided some large salvage planks from the old shed that could be used to build forms, and he provided several significant suggestions to improve the end result. The slab was on a slight slope. He provided much deeper concrete on the downhill side to anchor the slab and resist underwash. He provided a large footer under each post before the main concrete pour, because the posts were going to carry the entire weight of the roof. I would not have thought to do that. This is the value of hiring an experienced contractor. The shed has been completed and the first delivery of sawdust has been made. The slabs stood up to the significant weight of the delivery truck as can be seen in my pictures."

"I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

"A large contingent of workers arrived on schedule. They moved the remaining stuff in the basement, a collection of 47 years of "stuff", and got right to it. They jack hammered the perimeter of the basement, removed the concrete, laid new drainage piping, recemented the floor, and painted the moldy walls with a water proof sealant paint. The job took 2 days. They didn't make a mess. They didn't leave my gates open so my dogs could escape (VERY important to me). They sealed off the work area so that dirt and dust wouldn't come into other areas of the house. They mixed concrete in my driveway but left no trace of this on departure. The workmen were industrious, finishing this large project in a very short time. We are happy with this contractor."
