"No, I hired the R&r to repair my HVAC and install some light bulbs. The furnace is still not working and obviously the work was not completed. They were paid twice for the initial work because the contractor indicated that they did not receive the PayPal that was sent to them on 10/21/2025. Contractor requested that another payment be sent via Zelle with the understanding that the PayPal payment be returned or canceled. I have not heard from contractor regarding work or refund and I am still waiting on my returned funds via PayPal. "

I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. "Had a contract to have our driveway replaced. On the last day I was told I need to pay 4,000 more. Took about 4 weeks before they came to remove all the broken up concrete. Payed to have permits they never got them. Lost a freezer full of meat do to them blowing fuses. Been asking for money to be returned since August 12th. Been told many times they are bringing it to me. As of November 18th still no money. It is very hard to speak to someone. "
