"They initially thought we needed the foundations and poles replaced on one or more support poles for our main border beam. This was based on measurements before the carpet was taken out. We scheduled the work, and had the carpet removed. Once removed, it was apparent to the crew that showed up that the work didn’t need to be done. They quickly reassessed and were honest with me about the reassessment. Their crew was already on site and they could have easily just done the work and billed us. They had a structural engineer contact us to follow up and do a formal reassessment of what work needs to be done. Their crew chief attended the engineer’s assessment to make sure they understood. Their estimators and crew were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I paid their crew (already on site) to tear apart some wall to make sure we completed the inspection, but no additional work needed to be done. Their work ethic and commitment to getting this right has them on the top of my list for any future work I need done in their area of expertise."

"It is a pleasure for me to provide feedback on this team! Wow!! I don't think I've ever seen such commitment to excellent work and excellent service! I wouldn't recommend another company to do pavers, concrete, or landscaping work. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing! They transformed the front and the back of my home with beautiful pavers, hand cutting each piece and laying each one of them so symmetrically. I've had at least half a dozen neighbors stop in to see their work and ask for a business card! And the clean up...my goodness. Each day they wrapped up everything, put tools away, and keep everything so tidy and clean. I really appreciated that. No mud and dirt everywhere...it was incredible! During my consult, I shared my vision with Jose and his team created the design for the back patio, the walkway, and a new front porch. I trusted his expertise and wow - it is so beautiful. They understand your investment and they deliver quality materials, quality work, and a strong commitment to make customers happy. I could not be happier as a customer and would highly recommend them if you are considering work for your yard! "JES Foundation Repair came out and looked at the basement, outside at the wall, and at the neighbors attaching wall and were really honest and said their services were really for much larger jobs than ours and even gave some recommendations for things we could do and pointed us to the likely source and didn't charge us anything for coming out.
