He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. However, not informed that in sealing the crawlspace walls such application of foam would negate our termite control bond as the walls can no longer be inspected for termite tunnels. As such, we had to go with a more expensive and invasive termite contract to ensure that our protection continued."

"This is the second time that I have used S&S Waterproofing and Foundation Repair. The first time was to fix very large sink holes that were opening up in my front yard, apparently due to underground collapsed drainage piping.
