Wow! Lambright Pest Control is definitely in a league all their own. After sending a request thru Angie’s, Lambright Pest Control was one of several companies that contacted me. After talking to Kristen, who was polite, professional, and friendly, I decided to schedule Lambright to be the first of three companies to come out to inspect my home and provide a cost of what was needed. Elmore King was the inspector. After his inspection, he explained the services needed and the cost. After he left, I was so impressed with his knowledge and friendly professionalism, I cancelled the other companies. A few days later, Tarneisha came out to perform the first phase of my treatment, and she too was polite, professionals, and friendly. The final phase of my treatment was completed by Wayne and Nathaniel. Since this involved removing installation, sanitizing, and reinstalling the installation in my attic, they came in with drop cloths and took great care with their equipment. They were polite, friendly, and professional during the two days it took to complete the service and they cleaned up once done. Tyrone, a supervisor, came and introduced himself to me. Again, another polite, friendly, and professional individual. After all the services were done, I inspected the completed work and I am more than pleased. I called to schedule an estimate for termites' inspection with Lambright Pest Control on Tuesday, September 29, 2020. The receptionist answered the call and took my information, and scheduled my appointment at my convenience time for October 3, 2020, between 9:00 am, and 11:00 am. The receptionist that took the work was the most polite behavior, excellent manners, courtesy, and helpful. She allowed me to ask a couple of questions. It was a great relief to know that my call was being handled professionally by the well-qualified receptionist. Right up front, I was impressed. On the day of the inspection (Thursday, October 1, 2020), I received a telephone call from the receptionist who asked if it could be possible for Mr. Tyrone Lambright Sr. to come earlier due to a previous appointment rescheduled. Of course, I said yes. Upon his arrival, he introduced himself and showed me his credentials, and he was wearing masks, gloves, and practicing everyday preventive actions. My husband showed him the area at the door entrance, where we discovered the problem. (First, find was mud dauber tube coming from the wood border in the foyer baseboard. We removed part of the frame, and there is where we saw Eastern Subterranean Termites. Mr. Lambright immediately determined that the inset were termites. Mr. Lambright inspector looks at the interior and exterior area of my home, checking for visible signs of a termite infestation, which include: droppings, broken wings, mud tubes, and damaged wood. He checked the baseboards, walls, windows, crawl space, and door frames. He quickly assessed the problem and identified where the damage started. He did not have to check the cabinets and closets.
