"Everything went great. The team arrived on time, worked most of the day with just a lunch break. I thought the prep, the painting, and the clean up were all outstanding. I’m sure others might do as well, but what I appreciated the most was the formal proposal. I chose Wow over others, even though their estimate was at least a couple hundred dollars more than others I received. Others got back to me, after the on-site visit, with a text or email with the only information that was spelled out was the cost. Wow provided a proposal that explicitly detailed every aspect of the job. I felt much more comfortable knowing exactly what I would be getting, and having a formal contact to rely on if any issues arose."

"I needed the front of my townhouse painted, to include (6) shutters, a bay window above the garage door, the front door behind the storm door to include all caulking around the trim. While on the ANGI app, I requested a pro for a estimate and was promptly contacted by WILBER’s PAINTING, L.L.C. Wilber suggested a estimate date that met both of our needs and was “on-time” on the agreed date. The work was scheduled and the job was started within 5 days. The day before the scheduled start date, a two man crew arrived and power washed the front of the house. On the next morning, Wilber along with his skilled crew arrived promptly and completed the job within 8 hours. Wilber, met with his crew to verify all aspects of the job and to insure no miscommunications. All debris and, or trash was picked up when painting was completed and his workers went the extra step to include blowing off the area around the porch and driveway. I highly recommend Wilber’s Painting L.L.C. And will not hesitate to use him in the future for any and all interior/exterior painting jobs. "We reached out to Mr. Mendez for a quote, which turned out to be very reasonable. We accepted his offer and decided to proceed with the painting projects through Mendez Painting Services LLC. In addition to painting, we also needed to install crown molding and wainscoting throughout our entire first level. Mr. Mendez's crew arrived promptly and prepared the space by covering the floors and moving all items to the center of the rooms. They began by repairing cracks in the ceilings and walls and then proceeded to install the crown molding and wainscoting boxes. They even replaced two interior doors and painted the entire interior of our house. The team did a remarkable job on all the projects, and we are completely satisfied with the results. Our house now looks very different, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future."

"The company did an excellent job scheduling a date for my exterior house painting and they also worked with me to resolve an issue I had with the project's final cost. The office staff is very professional and pleasant. I might have given a higher rating, but my experience with the crew was not what I had expected given the great reviews I read from other customers. I was disappointed with the crew that was sent to paint my house. They arrived about an hour late. I was able to communicate with only one person on the crew as the other members did not speak english. The only english-speaking member left the job for several hours to pick up composite sheets to replace wood panels. During this time I noticed that the painters did not place drop cloths on my deck or on two lower roofs. As a result, paint was dripping onto my deck and the lower roofs. I had to search for a foreign language translation app on my cell phone so I could communicate with the crew to tell them to use drop cloths as well as to explain a few other issues and concerns. Frustrated, I contacted Chesapeake Painting to complain and a manger was sent to my home. The manager arrived about the same time the crew member returned from picking up the composite. The manager apologized to me about the problems and he spoke with the crew member about my concerns and the painting job in general. After the job was complete, the next day I noticed areas that needed more paint and the company came back to apply more paint. However, a couple of days later, I noticed the same area still needed more paint or sanding. There were also areas where I eventually noticed where the work detail could be better. In fairness, I didn't call the company back to resolve as I just wanted to move on. The overall paint job was good. Would I hire Chesapeake Painting again? I'm not certain. Maybe this crew had a bad day at the office as we all sometimes do. But if I decide to hire the company again to paint the interior of my home, I would need a different crew or the crew(s) that received the excellent work reviews."

I would definitely hire him again for other home renovations. Him and his crew are great and are very skilled at what they do. Diaz was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive contractor, but overall, well worth it! We had our entire basement gutted out and rebuilt. Diaz and his team rebuilt everything from the sub-flooring, new walls, and plumbing...and other major infrastructure that is not always thought of. We love our new basement with a complete bathroom!
