We were very impressed with and grateful to our inspector (Mike). His thoroughness inspired so much confidence. He helped us get a handle on both the high-priority and low-priority issues in the home we’re hoping to buy (an old Victorian, being sold as-is), while also making that information digestible and not too overwhelming. He was sure to highlight the virtues and strong points of the property, which was also helpful to hear. He went meticulously from top to bottom of the house; he was amazingly articulate about each detail, in a way that made clear that there was a wealth of knowledge and experience behind all his observations. After this inspection, we felt like we were able to make an educated choice in moving forward with our home purchase. While there are definitely some repairs ahead of us, we now know what we’re getting into and what we need to do. We feel confident approaching those improvements with Mike’s report in hand

Wow! Lambright Pest Control is definitely in a league all their own. After sending a request thru Angie’s, Lambright Pest Control was one of several companies that contacted me. After talking to Kristen, who was polite, professional, and friendly, I decided to schedule Lambright to be the first of three companies to come out to inspect my home and provide a cost of what was needed. Elmore King was the inspector. After his inspection, he explained the services needed and the cost. After he left, I was so impressed with his knowledge and friendly professionalism, I cancelled the other companies. A few days later, Tarneisha came out to perform the first phase of my treatment, and she too was polite, professionals, and friendly. The final phase of my treatment was completed by Wayne and Nathaniel. Since this involved removing installation, sanitizing, and reinstalling the installation in my attic, they came in with drop cloths and took great care with their equipment. They were polite, friendly, and professional during the two days it took to complete the service and they cleaned up once done. Tyrone, a supervisor, came and introduced himself to me. Again, another polite, friendly, and professional individual. After all the services were done, I inspected the completed work and I am more than pleased. As soon as we discovered a rat problem in our garage, I searched on Angi for a firm to handle it. Mr. Monk very quickly responded and came to do an inspection. He gave a quote that seemed reasonable for the work: fogging the garage multiple times over the course of a week, then disinfecting the garage, cleaning out the garage (which involved taking things out, cleaning, then putting things back), treating for mold, putting tracking powder in the sheetrock and around the perimeter, and sealing entry points with cement. In the process, he identified a termite issue. We again hired him to take care of that and he swiftly took care of that around the perimeter of the house. With a 15 year warranty, we are confident we won't have another problem any time soon. I'd definitely hire him again and have already referred him

We’re a general contractor in Dulles, VA with 2 floors of offices and an attached warehouse. We’ve been encountering lots of spiders and crickets and occasional mouse droppings. "Kevin showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a previous company, SPC, who would only come out when requested and weren’t very good. Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived.

"I had used them for a mouse problem a number of years ago, which they did an amazing job with. They came again recently to replace the poison and check for any new holes. After the mice didn't completely go away this time, they came back for free to explain to us that the mice were sneaking some dog-food to still eat. They are really thorough and good at explaining how to handle the problems.
