Excellent, as usual. The crew leaves the gates carefully locked, always lets me know when they're on the way. But best of all, no mosquitos or fleas!!!! I can crawl around weeding and not fear getting bit!

Excellent. I like the fact that my service doesn't use chemicals, and yet I still have NO mosquitos bothering me in my garden. I get what I pay for.

This is a terrible company. Their spraying only lasted 10 days, and they refused to come out to take care of it. They came out over a week late, and then when they did come out, they used a chemical spray even though we asked for a natural repellent because we have a vegetable garden. When we asked for a discount on future sprayings, they refused and only gave us a $40 credit which is less than half the normal rate. We were were willing to take any discount and just asked for natural repellents. The sales person said you cannot put natural over chemicals, so now we are stuck with using chemical repellent for the rest of the summer. The owner said he will never work with us again at all, even though HE made the initial mistake with the spraying! DO NOT USE THEM! They are dishonest!

They do an an excellent job of eliminating the pesky bugs! They are also very reliable with notifications as to when they are coming so I can make sure the gates are open and the cat is safely in the house. I've been using them for several years now and couldn't be more pleased. They offer the option of "natural" sprays as well as standard pest controls.

This is my third year— and I am just so happy to be able to work in my garden and eat outside without being bitten!!0

Started last year - was skeptical of how well it would work. Was pleasantly surprised when the treatment did exactly as advertised. Have renewed again this year with confidence in the company and the professionalism and consideration in their staff performance. While the company the local company is a franchise, dealing with the Montgomery County office is liking dealing with a family business. They readily answered my concerns about the safety of their product, are responsive with requests, will customize their schedule to meet our requirements. Their field technicians are briefed by their office on any special needs we have i.e., you don't have to be at home when the service is performed to know whether they have done what we request. In other words, we trust them

It worked perfectly. We had little time, so they took an "accelerated" approach with two sprayings within a few days. It was like a miracle--our yard has lots of mosquitoes. There were considerably fewer mosquitoes after the first spraying, and after the second one, they were virtually gone. As their slogan says, the "outside is fun again"!! I hired them late in the season but will start with them next year as soon as the mosquitoes come out.
