Even though the replacement part my system needed wasn't readily available, they were able to locate one and get it delivered the next day. Then the repair was done just as they said it would be, with no complications, at the price as originally quoted. It became obvious to me that they both are very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. And friendly as well. They even helped me repair an unrelated problem at no additional charge. We were able to get in touch with the office of Grove on that day and spoke with a technician who confirmed the holiday would incur additional charges and that we could wait until the next day for normal rates. As promised, the office called us back the next day to schedule a time for a technician to come. The issue was not resolved during the first visit, but Grove fit us into a busy schedule the next day to ensure our furnace was fully fixed. It was a pleasure working with them and we would gladly recommend or hire again."

"Great! My furnace blower motor died and simply shut everything down. We called No Frost and a tech named Clint came right out. Good guy! Looked things over and explained the problem. He had the parts he needed and got things done really quickly. I was impressed by the way he took the extra time to hose down and clean the motor housing and the inside of the furnace. Those are the kinds of things that, if a technician doesn't do them, most of us will never know it and dust and debris will continue to blow through our homes. I have an older furnace and I'm certain that some companies would have tried to pressure me for a much bigger repair project. They came out three separate times, charged us money for repairs that didn't work, then decided we needed a full replacement for $4,500. We called Buric for a second opinion. "The tech, Cory, came for a semiannual maintenance check when he diagnosed a problem. Parts were ordered, arrived and Cory returned to complete the repair. Each time, he was knowledgeable, as expected. What made him exceptional was his kindness, patience and communications about the repair and what to expect during the lengthy repair. Upon leaving, he clearly explained what to look for to insure proper workings. I hope Cory is my rep in the future."

"We've had generally positive experiences with McCrea. In July we had an issue with our secondary A/C unit - a minisplit that was leaking into the room. $109 for the technician to come out. When they came, the repair was small - clearing a drainage line. Called back within 30 days because the leak did not resolve, McCrea said they would send someone back out, no charge. We had some challenges and rescheduling, leading to a misunderstanding that we would be charged for a technician having to return. On that basis, I left some negative reviews online - to which McCrea responded, reaching out via phone to set an appointment for a technician to come out. Two technicians came today and spent a good deal of time fixing our initial issue. They went above an beyond in fixing the unit, remounting, and appropriately sealing the unit to the wall. On the basis of this, I'm changing my review of working with McCrea to a 5-star experience. Some miscommunication happened on both ends - we're all human - but their willingness to make things right really shows a business that values integrity. Would use again."

"Quickly responded to my ac issue. They advised me of the issue and recommended contacting the company who installed the unit as it might still be under warranty. Even though the repair (new circuit board) is expensive I appreciated their honesty in helping me with advice on the potential warranty with the original installer. You don't normally see this kind of honesty in companies today. I'd highly recommend them."
