DJ sympathized with our situation and managed to schedule one of their plumbers who had expert knowledge of our water heater to make a call to our home in between a couple of other service calls that he had to make. "Well let me start by saying I called several water heater companies to inquire about an estimate for my hot water heater that was not getting real hot.
