DJ sympathized with our situation and managed to schedule one of their plumbers who had expert knowledge of our water heater to make a call to our home in between a couple of other service calls that he had to make. When Keith showed up, he was very polite and professional and immediately put protective slippers on over his work boots. He set to work and had our hot water heater repaired in no time. "Well let me start by saying I called several water heater companies to inquire about an estimate for my hot water heater that was not getting real hot.
