"Vince told me outdoor spigot could be repaired and did not need to be replaced which saved me money. He also replaced a vanity faucet which I provided. He was quick, efficient and honest. The most important thing was he discovered a serious problem with the way my water heater was vented. The exhaust pipe had been cut wrong and glued together. It was ready to come apart and could have vented carbon monoxide into the basement. (We do have CO detectors but this is still scary) We had this water heater installed a couple of years ago by another well known local firm that I don't know if I can name here. It did fail inspection by Howard County 3 times after initial install. Failure was all related to the vent and probably should have never passed. Anyway, by pure luck it was discovered and fixed. Thank you Vince!!"

He was the ONLY repair person to come out that gave me the feeling he was trying to fix my hot water heater and not trying to sale me a new hot water. Wallace plumbing was able to identify some pressure thing or something with the thermostat that he fixed and saved me pontially thousands of dollars that other companies tried to sales pitch me. I then called Wallace plumbing because my toliet kept running and Wallace came out and fixed my toliet in minutes and his prices are very affordable. I will be using Wallace plumbing for any future needs and I recommend them!"

"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way.
