"I called Pohlman to replace my Gas water heater. I was very pleased with their service. They were very professional, came out on the same day, took the old tank with them and cleaned up well behind themselves, They finish the job in a timely manner and their price was fair. "The plumber was scheduled to come on 4/23 between 1:00 and 3:00p.m. At 1:00p.m. I got a call saying that the plumber would not be able to come until 4/24 as he was delayed at a previous call. He arrived promptly at 9:00a.m. the next morning. One toilet would not flush properly. He repaired that toilet. The other toilet ran on occasion. He replaced the fill valve. On occasion it still runs."

"After contacting five other contractors to repair a septic pump, Queen was the only one to promptly respond and follow through. "My call was returned promptly and the plumber showed up exactly on time. He was polite and fixed the problem very quickly and even gave me tips on how to avoid similar clogs in the future. This company truly cares about its customers which is a rarity these days and I will only use them for any future plumbing jobs. I highly recommend them, they are super!
