He also addressed a few other issues that we had not previously discussed including my very old hot water heater and the safety shutoffs to the utility sink which were no longer operable."

She looked it up and tracked down the part at a store over an hour away. She came over immediately and her partner arrived a few minutes later with the part. They installed it quickly.
