"They replaced my leaking Poly water line from the street to the house with a new copper line. They tried to pull the new line through but were unsuccessful so they eventually had to trench through my yard to install the new copper line. In order to do this, they did have to cut through my concrete driveway which I had to get patched. After some adjustments were made with the new water pressure valve the system works great."

"My tankless hot water heater was dripping and it was a weekend. I received a text message from Ensor. I sent her a picture of the part the was dripping. She looked it up and tracked down the part at a store over an hour away. She came over immediately and her partner arrived a few minutes later with the part. They installed it quickly. Excellent customer service!"

Pricing was fair. Went above an beyond to solve the water heater issue we had. Even calling in an electrician to help with a fix. They were on-time to early on their scheduled appointments.
