"This company was prompt, professional and provided good service. Installation of the treatment tank was well managed and they were very informative. Word to those considering a treatment tank -- we found about 2 months after installation that the treatment system had over-corrected and we then had extremely alkaline water (which yes is supposed to be healthy to a degree but it wreaks havoc on your hair). My husband and I both found our hair had quickly become brittle and dry and it took a bit of discussion to figure out the only recent change was our water treatment system. I called R&G back and they re-tested and determined we now needed a water softener system. They did install and that resolved all the issues. If I had one concern it is that the company should, based on their experience, anticipate something like that and at least provide the warning in advance or return within a week and re-test your water to determine if the over-correction had occurred. It would have been better to be so informed and pro-active about addressing rather than experiencing the effects of the alkaline system and then fixing. Also, would have been helpful to be able to anticipate the additional cost. Each water treatment tank is about $1700 - so ultimately we did have to expend twice as much as originally planned in order to arrive at appropriate pH levels. They are a good, professional and knowledgeable company. Just anticipate the potential for overcorrection and ask for re-testing after install so that you can make sure your system is where you need it to be."

"Setting the appointment went smoothly. The Person said they'd call if an earlier slot came open and one did. I was called in the morning and offered to get the Tech, Nick< over once he was finished with an emergency in my neighborhood. Nick called and said he'd be here in about 30 minutes. Very punctual. Work performed and also asked Nick to check the sump pump. He was able to find the retainer clip and re-attached the float. Then he checked the shower pressure at the showered. Found a piece of debris and now that's working better.

"After replacing the well pump, they shocked the water for contamination. I waited a day and cleared the water out of the house according to the county instructions. When the water was tested by the county a week later, it failed miserably. I then shocked the water myself and it passed. Also they either didn't notice it was broken or they broke the PVC pipe to the well lid. In either case, they did not repair it. This also would have resulted in well contamination later. When I called them about all of this, they didn't bother to call back."

"They replaced my leaking Poly water line from the street to the house with a new copper line. They tried to pull the new line through but were unsuccessful so they eventually had to trench through my yard to install the new copper line. In order to do this, they did have to cut through my concrete driveway which I had to get patched. After some adjustments were made with the new water pressure valve the system works great."

"Dun Rite came out to my home the same day I called. They could not repair the problem because they had to order the pump because my sump is outdoors. But they returned the next morning and completed the work. I must say that the staff of Dun Rite were polite and professional! I would recommend them for plumbing repairs."

He removed the hose & cleaned out the sediment. I was shocked when I ran my first load- the water draw was soo much faster! Bonus! Shows good customer care. Left the work area tidy & was really nice. Final cost matched estimate exactly. That's about all you can ask for!!"
