"Michael installed a new AC and Gas Heater in my home this summer and it's working great. He is very professional, knows his stuff, works hard and clearly takes pride in his work. Also, hes a good guy. I lost a baby chicken under a staircase and he was willing to take it apart to retrieve the chick. Luckily the chick popped out and Michael grabbed the little bird. I would highly recommend Deans Heating and Air Conditioning. Update - 11/24. Michael promised a visit this fall to check on the heater. As promised, he showed up and did a check on the heating and all was working great."

I now understand how to properly clean my air filter and operate my nest thermostat. I still operate sort of old school but he encouraged me to utilized the nest app to help manage the temperature of my home. Most people use jargons, or acronym when explaining techniques, but Brandon was very patient with me and did not mind explaining anything more than once. It was a pleasure to meet him and started my weekend off in a good way."

"The 2 techs first showed up after my dryer had died and cleaned the vents (inside - out and also from outside-in) as much as they could but said they needed me to have an operating dryer so that they could make sure everything was pushed out the side vent and airflow was good. They were very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate when hiring any company without a first hand recommendation from my own friends/relatives first. They rescheduled a follow up appointment after my new dryer was delivered and were here the same morning and finished the cleaning and confirmed that everything was cleaned and working as it should now. I'll definitely hire them again next year and try to keep up an annual cleaning so it doesn't get so clogged next time. Highly recommended."
