"Martin did a very thorough inspection and report. Definitely recommend."

"Extremely thorough and very knowledgeable Inspector. Very polite, professional and articulate. As an Appraiser for 20+ years, have seen thousands of inspections and reports, Definitely top of the best in the business."

"The inspection exceeded my expectations; this is my first home purchase and Mr. Stouter explained everything as we went along. He told me what to expect when buying a newly constructed home. He talked to me about the builderâ s warranty, when to contact them and most importantly to have another inspection (no later than 11 months before the warranty expires). Mr. Stouter showed me how to check the sub pump, talked to me about the water heater, sprinkler system, when to schedule the radon inspection and many other things. He also took time to point out and blue tape small cosmetic issues I would've missed. The things he found and the advice he gave will save me $$$ in future problems and home repairs. Everything he found and discussed with me is included in his report; I'm going to take it with me when I meet with the project manager to ensure each problem has been addressed and corrected. His attention to detail and sound advice put me at ease immediately. He is friendly, personable and gave me an honest assessment. I give All American Home Inspections, LLC the highest recommendation!"
