"I must admit, I had Unicorp replace all of the windows in our home with new vinyl energy efficient windows 10 or more years ago. Their installers were excellent. The quality of their windows were excellent. The proof in the pudding is that after 8 years not one of my windows has an air leak. Not one has leaked water. Not one window has had the vinyl or track break. In short, nothing has happened. Now that's a quality window! We also purchased a custom sliding glass door (in the kitchen to the deck) from Unicorp that to this day I believe is the best door in my entire home. That door is opened and closed constantly to let the cats in and out. If you own cats, you will understand how often that door is opened and closed on a daily basis. We have not had a single hiccup ever with that door. And in the winter, I sit right behind the door and no matter how cold or windy it is, I never feel a thing at the kitchen table. Because Unicorp did such a great job in replacing the windows in our home, my wife insisted that we use Unicorp to replace the roof last week. •   I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors.  From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks.  Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested.  Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request.  When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove.  Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer.  They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install.  I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire.

"I had two old sliding glass doors where the wood around the glass was rotting. The needed to be replaced. I went to the Germantown Home Show and got three companies to come out and do an estimate. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. The crew from Presidential was professional and courteous. The door installation went quick and they cleaned up like they weren't even there. I am very pleased with my new doors."

"Ferney provided me with an estimate to correct my household issues very quickly and the work was scheduled. Ferney and his assistant, Giovanna began the work by removing any remaining faulty weather stripping, and the transformation started.  Ferney came
prepared; he brought several types of weather stripping so that the absolute best solution would be achieved.  Since the front door leading to the condominium common hallway was uneven and ill-fitting; it required much detail work and thorough, persistent crafting.  My front door now closes firmly, silently, and fits so well in the door frame, I no longer notice drafts of cold air or conversation/noise from the common hallway outside my apartment.

          I purchased a new light fixture for Ferney to install in my kitchen.  He and Giovanna removed the old fixture, and installed the new light in my kitchen.  Reliable light in the kitchen at last!!  Due to the extra large size of the old fixture, Ferney and Giovanna had a large opening/hole in the ceiling to repair.  They repaired the drywall and and applied plaster/drywall compound to the area, thoroughly drying the ceiling between applications. 

          During the course of my project, Ferney worked using dropcloths and vacuumed any area that that became dusty.  Ferney is most considerate of his customer and is a professional, talented craftsman!  I am so pleased with the solutions Ferney provided to me, and I highly recommend his work.  I am anxious to schedule the painting of my kitchen ceiling, and will certainly call on Ferney soon!"
