From start to finish, through removal of the old furnace to installation & operation of the new furnace, the service technician was knowledgable & experienced in doing the work, and helpful in answering questions and explaining the use and operation of the new furnace. The office staff was also responsive and courteous whenever I called with questions or scheduling of installation. I'm very satisfied with this company and recommend them highly."

"Well the service that I asked blue dot for was not done. The technician said that I will have to pay 2,059.00 to put Freon in the system. He said it's not part of the warranty on the system. I don't have that kind of amount, so he didn't do the work the system is still blowing air and not cooling at all. Thanks to blue dot."
