"Freedom Fence & Deck did a fantastic job replacing our 35-year-old wood fence with a beautiful white vinyl fence. Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. "My experience with Fence & Deck Connection was nothing short of great! From the first time I met with Chris and gave him my vision of what I wanted, there was one obstacle in my yard, but Chris came up with a solution to work around that. I think it took less than an hour for him to get the estimate to me and I was very satisfied with the price. A few days later, Jimmy showed up to take pictures and measurements and explained to me everything that would take place. Little did they know at the time, my neighbor approves permits for the town and she expressed how professional they were and everything was in order and she never had to reach back out to them. On the first day the crew worked through the rain until about 3pm when the rain just became too much. The next day was a complete washout, out of their control, so no work could be performed.
