"We had 2 separate jobs. One carpet and the other tile in 2 small areas. The carpet crew were very good. The tile installation ended up well when the work was finished by 2 capable and professional women. The 1st crew that came out on Friday to do the work walkeded around on our new carpet with their shoes uncovered and sprawled on the floor while waiting for a call from the office. (Not professional in a residence). The color name of the tile was changed according to installation manager but did not appear to be the color I chose. The 2 person crew left for the day. Spoke to John from warehouse to pick another color. On Monday one person came out to finish but he said he needed another person to help after doing some old tile removal and filling in. (We had expected 2 workers like before) It was not until Wednesday that Lucy and her coworker came and finished the work. It was done in a professional manner with booties worn over shoes/ and or shoes removed upon entering and re-entering home. The salesman did not call back to verify that everything worked out, although we spoke to resolution person, installation manager and another manager from warehouse. (John was very helpful) but I'm not sure if it was him or Donte who only sent 1 worker to finish job the 2nd time, which was not a good decision. All in all it worked out albeit some frustration with lack of delegation from Resolution Dept and Warehouse."

I had to spend some time after they left cleaning up & scrubbing something off the vanity, toilet, & bathtub. I m not sure if it was from the grout or caulk. They were the only company I contacted that did everything they said they would do. I would definitely hire them again."

The company's information packet is extremely helpful. We selected our granite pieces (after much contemplation), from the company's massive selection. Precise measurements were taken by another AGS representative and we received a detailed quote and accompanying drawings. AGS representative Cindy guided us in all aspects of our purchase process (granite, sinks, faucets, etc.) The granite counter tops were installed professionally and as scheduled. The plumber completed his work the same day. A few small tweaks were required and prompt follow-up was given. "The company was prompt in returning my call after I purchased coupon.  They showed up on time. The technician warned me that when cleaning grout, it will never be like it was when it was new, but there would be an improvement.  I liked that he was up front about this.  There was a definite improvement, but like he said, not like new.  But because it was clean already, I was able to put down colored sealant and the grout looks good as new.  I'm happy I called because cleaning the grout is the worst for me.  And his machine not only cleaned the grout, but also the tiles, so they looked better too. All around a win.
