"Don Lonski of Lawson Home Services came to our home to clean our dryer duct and the back of our dryer. My goodness he was absolutely wonderful. The last Teck that came refused to open the back of our dryer and clean the lint. He claimed it was not necessary to open the Flexible Vent Hose to remove all the line. After a few years our dryer was not very hot. Clothes were still damp. So, I just stopped using my dryer and hung everything on all the doors. I was afraid of a fire. Saved money on the electric bill; but I needed my dryer back. We want to tell you that Don Lonski checked everything and he said you must always remove the Flexible Vent Hose and clean in the back of the dryer. And it should be done once every year. Not only that Don Lonski went into our crawl space and found our metal duck work was improperly installed. Instead of using the metal the whole 20 feet, they used 15 feet of metal and used the Flexible Vent Hose at both ends and did a terrible job of taping as a result we had major leakage. Don Lonski said he will return when the office schedules him and he will do the job correctly. Don was very professional, ever so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Don Lonski really took his time to explain all the problems we had. We are so grateful that we ended up with a great guy. Please schedule Don Lonski to return to complete our job completely. "Problem: Fractured drain pipe inside basement foundation wall. Outstanding work by all involved. Marybeth was very courteous on the phone. Ryan arrived on time, assessed the requirement and quoted an estimate of cost. Done Right's price was similar to the other two bids. All were about $1K higher than expected; but probably reasonable in light of the +4 hours of hard labor involved. The following week. Colin and Jamiel arrived on time, assessed the situation, and quickly went to work. They manually excavated +3 feet of dirt and clay between the vent pipe and outside wall, and removed the fractured section of drain pipe. They discovered the main drain line had settled deeper into the ground, which probably caused the pipe to split inside the basement. They expanded the original opening in the foundation wall to align and connect the old and new pieces, applied hydralic cement to fill the gaps, refilled the hole, and cleaned up the entire work areas, including the front entry way. Jamiel and Ryan did an outstanding and professional job, working expertly together as a team. Unfortunately when it rained heavily three days later, there was water seeping through the concrete patch. Two days later, Done Right sent Ryan and Adam to correct the issue. They chished out the cement and completely resealed the entire area. Fortunately, when it rained again, the new cement patch worked fine with no leaks. Adam and Ryan did an outstanding jod. Done Right honored its three year warranty for parts and labor. We will call Done Right again for our future plumbing needs and recommend to neighbors for their quality workmanship, commitment to excellence, courtesy, and professionalism."
