Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation.  John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath.  I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout.  He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation.  He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted.  Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract.  He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show.  After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job.  John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way.  They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls. 

Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES.  I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.

"The service and results are mixed.
The Good:  1) the gentlman who can was very nice.  Even though he was late, he called ahead and we found a mutual time to meet.  
The Bad.  1) when I called to make the appointment, the customer service rep complained that this Angie's List coupon does not apply to their particular franchise, but will make a special favor to me.  2) the mini-Zamboni/Street Cleaner didn't clean the mildew in the grout. Instead, it just swept the tile that was already clean of dirt and debris (this is a shower afterall).  I'm really unclear why they sell services to clean shower tile when it doesn't address mildew.
