"We needed to have our carpets cleaned after some other work we had done in our place, and the special for cleaning from Oxi Fresh fit what we needed done.
There were a few very minor issues.  My name was mis-spelt on their order, and they got my phone number wrong.  This resulted in the person doing the cleaning not being able to reach me, and let me know he'd be a little delayed.  The final minor issue was even though they did a nice job with the carpets, they left shoe prints (from the moisture from the just cleaned carpets) on the sections of our floor that did not have carpet.
With all of that being said, I found this vendor pleasant and easy to deal with.  The phone was answered by a live person very quickly. And on making the appointment, I received e-mail confirmation shortly thereafter, which I thought was a great way to confirm the appointment information.  This process was also repeated when I called back to modify the appointment.
The person that did the cleaning was also very pleasant, efficient, and overall did a REALLY nice job with our carpets.
