"I hired JW Home Improvement to remove wood filler and a microwave above my electric stove, and replace it with a pre-made cabinet and new range hood. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. "The dirt under the concrete lip going into the garage was washing away. The drain was sinking into the ground and the retaining wall is coming apart. I was afraid a sink hole was forming. Brian Swan, Edwin, John R., Brian R. and Josh worked very hard repairing the drainage problem. A type of foam was shot under the concrete. They all took extra care to leave everything neat and tidy. The only thing left is find someone to fix the retaining wall."

"There were a total of 5 holes cut in our living room wall to do the tv mount & hide wires (done by a different service provider). Pete repaired the 5 holes, and repainted the wall. It looks great. You'd never know there were holes there. He was responsive via phone/email beforehand and came on a Saturday to get it done (which worked great for us, because we didn't have to go too long with holes in our living room wall.)"
