"Mike from Abbyart did the interior painting for an 1100 sq ft condo (primer and 2 coats of painting), painted my oak kitchen cabinets white and completed backsplash tiling for the kitchen. Mike was also was kind enough to install my kitchen appliances for me (the store told me installation was included but the delivery people did not install anything). Mike took on extra work and was willing to do this without charging me. He is kind and very detail-oriented. He would not say the job was finished, until he was satisfied that everything was done correctly."

"We were very happy with Jose and Advancepro. I needed two bedrooms and bathrooms painted in my newly-purchased condo. I tried to solicit estimates from a couple of places. One never returned my call. The other came out to see my place, but then never sent the estimate. Jose answered my call right away, came out to see my place within a couple of days at the earliest time that was mutually convenient, and sent me an estimate that very evening. When I was ready to schedule the job, Jose again was very responsive and was able to schedule a start date within the timeframe I needed. There was no delay. Jose and his team arrived right on time on the day they were scheduled to start the job and finished up that very same day even though Jose told me the job might take two days. They stayed late that first day to get the job done, but the work was of good quality and did not look rushed. Jose and his team were professional and courteous throughout. "We recently quoted out the painting of our front hallway (includes vaulted ceiling) to 4 different vendors. We chose Perfect Painters because they offered the same level of service (and paint quality) as the other three, but were the most competitively priced (two of the other vendors over-quoted us for a very straightforward project - walls were in great shape: it was just a refresh paint job on the upper walls above the chair rails and molding. One was $1,100 more expensive than Perfect Painters!). When I told these vendors that they had lost the bid due to pricing, both suggested that they were "very comfortable" with the prices they quoted us and suggested that we might be getting a lower quality job from Perfect Painters. I can assure you that was not the case - the team arrived on time and quickly got to work covering the area in tape and plastic. The team of three expanded to 4 or 5 in the afternoon to complete the job in about 6 hours (2 coats on walls, ceiling and crown molding). They did an excellent job and left the space as they found it. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again for my next painting job. Beware of other vendors out there who will jack up the price and try to justify it by suggesting that the job is complicated by elevation (the ceiling is about 19 feet high at the highest point - its called a ladder!, or the fact that they have to tape the banister!) Next time, I won't waste my time and simply have Perfect Painters do the job for me. They are honest and straightforward and the crew who did the job were very friendly and efficient."
