Both of our existing fans were so old that the work involved to replace them was significantly more work than inspected. Jose and his team stayed to do all the work that day, even though the initial appointment was only for an hour. They bought needed materials including paint to match the old color on the ceiling where they had to repair Sheetrock.. They were very professional and the price was extremely reasonable. "THe bathrooms were remodeled in July 2013, and then the kitchen floor was installed in August 2013.  This was to enhance my house for a future sale.  Overall, all the work was done properly, but at times I needed to remind the workers to clean up after themselves properly (not leaving trash lying around, etc), and to finish certain minor details.  But they did take care of me in the end.  For example, the kitchen tiles started to come off about a week after installation and they came back and fixed it free of charge.
