He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. "Don’t use the plumbing! Called to have Kohler toilet tank plunger repaired. Whole installation is $20. Labor is an hour at $80 so the price is $150, at most. No, they charged $450–BS! These guys are a scam. No prices and I told them to have the repair person call me before arriving. No call, no prices. And, then the repair person has the stones to tell me that everyone overcharges!! Let’s start with not using Beacon!!!"
