"Bowden installed an electrical outlet to operate an electric shad in the foyer, recessed light above the garage entryway and a ceiling fan. Plus the electrician was on time, very courteous and respectful, used drop clothes and shoe covers to minimize dirt, swept and vacuumed area, and reasonably priced. They receive an AAA plus. "THe bathrooms were remodeled in July 2013, and then the kitchen floor was installed in August 2013.  This was to enhance my house for a future sale.  Overall, all the work was done properly, but at times I needed to remind the workers to clean up after themselves properly (not leaving trash lying around, etc), and to finish certain minor details.  But they did take care of me in the end.  For example, the kitchen tiles started to come off about a week after installation and they came back and fixed it free of charge.

"Manny and his crew did a fantastic job renovating our four (!) bathrooms as well as patching up our damaged drywall. The quality of their work (e.g., tiling, painting, etc.) is great, and Manny is super responsive. He is also very flexible working with us and our needs. I also appreciated how his crew cleaned up after their work each day (e.g., vacuums) so the house is not a mess during the renovation. "Keith and his crew did an excellent job. They got the permit from PG County to do all the electrical work, mind you on one of the hottest days of the year!!! Green Wave completed every item on the list from the buyers punchlist. GreenWave set up the PG County inspection, which passed, of course. GreenWave set up the appointment for PEPCO to complete hook-up part. Keith’s crew did an exceptional job! They also did a change order for me-ventilating (2) exhaust fans, in my upstairs bathrooms! GreenWave did the work at a very reasonable price, they made sure everything was done and complete and working. I would hire GreenWave again for any of my future electrical needs.
