"C.T. Smith electricians came out to replace a 22-year old bathroom exhaust vent today, 15 Oct. The cost was very low, the work took less than an hour, and the guys were timely and clean. Another fine job by the Smith company. Since mid-2017, C.T. Smith electricians have come out to install at least 18 recessed lighting fixtures, plus one fan, and two bathroom lighting units, and a chandelier. The work was always technically perfect, very low cost, and the employees nothing but cordial, helpful, punctual, and always kept the place clean. I would never use another electrical company, and highly recommend them to anybody. (I have photos of their past work, but Homeadvisor's does not allow posting pictures, unfortunately.)"

"Keith and his crew did an excellent job. They got the permit from PG County to do all the electrical work, mind you on one of the hottest days of the year!!! Green Wave completed every item on the list from the buyers punchlist. GreenWave set up the PG County inspection, which passed, of course. GreenWave set up the appointment for PEPCO to complete hook-up part. Keith’s crew did an exceptional job! They also did a change order for me-ventilating (2) exhaust fans, in my upstairs bathrooms! "Two men arrived on time and quickly moved the items I indicated into the garage. They stacked and arranged everything neatly and did not damage or break anything. They were finished well  within the minimum. They were polite, worked diligently and efficiently  and did not hesitate to check with me when they were not quite certain of what was required or expected. There are two reasons I graded them B in professionalism. First, one of the men asked to use the bathroom on arrival. It is my expectation that workers stop in route at a fast food place or some other such facility for that activity and arrive ready to work - not wander around my home. That's just me. Second, I signed the invoice on their smart phone and was told I would get the receipt via email. It has not arrived (when I do this in Nordie's the receipt shows up before I get out of the store). Bottom line . . . the work and price was as advertised. It is my plan to use them again to bring the furniture back in from the garage once the water damage is taken care of and the new flooring is installed."

"Moving the washer/dryer combo proved to be more complicated than I realized; because of its awkward location (both the washer/dryer and hot water heater are located in a service closet with very little space to maneuver either item).  I was particularly impressed by Mr. Booth's care with ensuring that he did not damage anything and the fact that he stopped to strategize about the most effective and way to accomplish the task.  Additionally, he had to return to replace the washer/dryer when the installation was completed.  His prompt response to both my initial call and the follow-up (he arrived almost immediately after the plumbers had completed their installation) was impressive.  I would definitely use his company again.
