"This is the second time I've hired Jose. They did an amazing job installing a new vanity in my bathroom. They always give a far quote for the work. Because, they were replacing a 20 year old vanity they needed additional hoses and had to replace the valves. They ran to home depot to purchase the missing parts for the project. We love the finished project and will definitely hire them for future work."

"Charles did a great job with my little projects around the house. He came right on time and was very nice and helpful. I didn't have the correct parts to install the mailbox and shelves, so he went to the hardware store for me and didn't even charge me for the extra time to get the parts. Everything looks great and I'll definitely keep him in mind for any future projects!

"This couldn't have gone better. Rodney's crew (he and three others) arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled 8:30 AM start time. They immediately got to work hauling things from the den and two bedrooms. Items moved to the basement were positioned as requested. Most impressive was the range and execution speed of the handyman tasks, which ranged from replacing a broken flange that held a stove burner coil in place to setting up a new TV. While I could have done a few things myself, what a pleasure to have them done so quickly and efficiently by professionals. How wonderful to have three normally separate specialties -- trash hauling, interior moving, and handyman -- available through a single vendor. I used Rodney about five years ago to remove basement trash. After this great experience, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Thanks Rodney and associates for making this big job so easy."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

If you think your fan needs to be oiled, the first thing that you have to do is cut the power to the fan. The best and safest way to do this is by flipping the circuit breaker that leads to that room.  Depending on the model of your fan, you may need to remove a cover. Look for a hole labeled oil. If there isn't one, check the manual or look for schematics online. Once located, use the recommended lubricant or spray.

There are many types of ceiling fans, from self-automated smart ceiling fans to outdoor ceiling fans that provide additional comfort to your patio. What you choose all comes down to function and personal taste.

Consider your ceiling height when selecting a ceiling fan. Rooms with ceilings under eight feet high will do well with low-profile ceiling fans, also known as flush-mount or hugger ceiling fans. If your home has cathedral ceilings or ceilings between 10 and 25 feet high, you’ll need a large ceiling fan with a heavy-duty motor to get adequate air circulation.

Replacing an AC fan motor takes one to four hours for a pro to complete, depending on how easy or difficult it is to access the AC unit. A pro may also spend extra time inspecting the unit to make sure everything else is in good condition. It may take a few days or a week between the time a pro orders a new fan motor and when the replacement comes.

Your blower motor may make a loud sound if the bearings overheat or wear down as your system ages. You may also hear loud noises coming from your blower if it’s struggling to pull in air due to dirty or damaged ducts, closed or blocked vents, or a dirty air filter. Typically, this causes a loud whistling sound.

Most people describe the sound of an unbalanced ceiling fan as a buzzing or grinding noise. This is caused by the parts of the fan rubbing or rattling against each other as the blades spin. However, a wobbling fan can also make squeaking, rattling, or thumping sounds, depending on the severity of the balance issue.
