"It didn't go very well for me at first. The person that was doing the painting didn't do a good job. He said he didn't know he was supposed to take the nicks out of the door and fill them in with putty and then paint over them. He just painted the door and the nicks that I wanted out were still in there. That's okay, they sent someone else out and fixed it and satisfied it with me. I had asked for the repair and the guy didn't have the equipment. He said he didn't know that he was supposed to fix the door. He thought he was just supposed to paint the door, not fix the nicks all over. The wood on the door had nicks in it. Like I said, they took care of it. I'm satisfied with what they did. I called them, told them what my problem was, they sent someone else out, the guy fixed the door, and now I'm happy with it. They did a good job but I thought they could do better. It was an average job because there was a lot of damage to the house. They came in and did the repairs and met all the needs because I had a tree go through the house and was in my china cabinet. This was in 2010-2011 and already the shingles are starting to alligator or raise up. They cleaned up well and were prompt and courteous. I am disappointed that 3-1/2 years later my shingles are starting to alligator. It is nothing that you want to put them in the penalty box for but the job was not perfect. They were there right when they said and there was easy contact. There was nothing that they were not good at.

"My front portico needed repairs. The estimator came out and said that since we caught it early, all that needed to be done was reshingle the portico and it would be fine. After the work was complete and I paid, the worker told me that it has extensive damage and would need to be replaced completely in the next 3-5 yrs. This sort of information would have changed my path of resolution (I probably would have paid them to just replace now instead). In addition to this, they were originally scheduled for a saturday at 4pm. i rearranged my schedule to be home at this time, and they called me 3:57 to say they wouldn't be coming at that time and would be here Monday at 9am. At 9:30 i called, and they said they'd be there by 10, and they didn't arrive until ~10:30."
