"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Two workers visited once to see the list of items, then returned on a separate day to do the work. I thought their work was somewhat acceptable but not above and beyond - for instance, they could have fixed the deadbolt by correcting the poor alignment of the door, but instead they just sanded a bigger hole for the deadbolt shaft. Also, the price seemed extremely high for a handful of minor jobs. I should have gotten a competing estimate."

"It didn't go very well for me at first. The person that was doing the painting didn't do a good job. He said he didn't know he was supposed to take the nicks out of the door and fill them in with putty and then paint over them. He just painted the door and the nicks that I wanted out were still in there. That's okay, they sent someone else out and fixed it and satisfied it with me. I had asked for the repair and the guy didn't have the equipment. He said he didn't know that he was supposed to fix the door. He thought he was just supposed to paint the door, not fix the nicks all over. The wood on the door had nicks in it. Like I said, they took care of it. I'm satisfied with what they did. I called them, told them what my problem was, they sent someone else out, the guy fixed the door, and now I'm happy with it. When I called, she sent someone out the very next day."
