"I used this moving company back in March 2019. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience! The gentleman who came to my house not only looked at the furniture and stuff that I had in all the rooms, but he also looked in every closet to assess the cost. He was very thorough. The lady who packed up my house actually packed the whole entire house by herself in one day. The next day, my house was ready for the movers. The movers were on time and loaded up the truck fairly quickly. They were extremely organized, and the supervisor, Postal, had a great team. They got all of my things into my condo. The whole experience, of course, took almost a full eight hour day, but it was so worth it to have someone else pack up the house and then move my stuff into my new place. I would highly recommend them. The cost was competitive with other movers. I’ve had family members who hired movers and it was a complete disaster for them. This company was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend them."

Movers damaged the hardwood floors of the home I was vacating and I could not get Majestic to respond to my phone calls, emails or certified letter to accept responsibility for what they did. I got a court judgment against them. I would not recommend doing business with them - please note that they do not have a physical Virginia address listed on their website!"

"Amazing!!! This is an all pro professional team. They earn every penny of their services! They sent four experienced and pleasant gentlemen who loaded their truck with masterful precision. They brought a generous quantity of all tape, blankets, and boxes needed to carefully protect my furniture and household items. They carefully fitted an amazing amount of items into their truck. I do not think there were any airspaces left in the cargo area. They worked with a positive team spirit and all helped each other get the difficult job done in a timely manner and organized process."

"These are not good people. They moved us in the summer and we are still digging thru the huge pile of boxes they just dumped on our garage. Many, many valuables broken- furniture, china, antiques, even my pc. Many of these things I had set aside to move myself, but the person I charge named insisted he could move the fragile items and he would wrap them and be extra careful. What a nightmare. The dishonesty goes all the way to the top. Igor,the owner. who I finally reached, couldn’t care less about the customer. His wife and son are even worse. On the move day around noon one guy left and was replaced by another guy who I don’t think even was an employee. Funny thing was he worked harder than anyone. By evening they added another guy and his girlfriend to the team. Yes, his girlfriend. What a seedy operation this is. And to top of off, they fraudulently charged my bank account. I signed nothing and in fact wrote to the man supposedly in charge and told him that he did not have my permission to charge me. Roman harassed me all the next day. Through texts and voicemails he said things like “you American cxxx” and “go fxxx yourself in the a..”. The owner denied knowing who was sending me obscene and threatening texts and calls, until I pointed out that it was the same number that the movers had called me on the day before. I sent pictures of all of the damages but I cannot get any response. This company should not be in business. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this family of thieves."
