These are not good people. They moved us in the summer and we are still digging thru the huge pile of boxes they just dumped on our garage. Many, many valuables broken- furniture, china, antiques, even my pc. Many of these things I had set aside to move myself, but the person I charge named insisted he could move the fragile items and he would wrap them and be extra careful. What a nightmare. The dishonesty goes all the way to the top. Igor,the owner. who I finally reached, couldn’t care less about the customer. His wife and son are even worse. On the move day around noon one guy left and was replaced by another guy who I don’t think even was an employee. Funny thing was he worked harder than anyone. By evening they added another guy and his girlfriend to the team. Yes, his girlfriend. What a seedy operation this is. And to top of off, they fraudulently charged my bank account. I signed nothing and in fact wrote to the man supposedly in charge and told him that he did not have my permission to charge me. Roman harassed me all the next day. Through texts and voicemails he said things like “you American cxxx” and “go fxxx yourself in the a..”. The owner denied knowing who was sending me obscene and threatening texts and calls, until I pointed out that it was the same number that the movers had called me on the day before. I sent pictures of all of the damages but I cannot get any response. This company should not be in business. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this family of thieves.

I called Braun Movers at 9am this morning and they came at 12:45pm! I had a very large wood piece of furniture (6'x4'x18") to move from the second floor of our town home to the back of the basement. They had to go around tight bends down the main staircase and then wiggle around a tight corner and down the split foyer stairs. I needed it done right away and I can't believe how quickly they were able to come. The price was clearly explained  before they came, so there were no surprises.  They two men who came were very polite and professional. They communicated well with each other as they carefully maneuvered the piece around and down. My husband and I were very impressed.  They also carried the 12 loaded drawers down and put them in the cabinet, as well as bringing the 2 doors down and reinstalling them.  We would definitely recommend this mover and will use them again ourselves.

Braun was great to work with from start to finish. Responsive, professional, and helpful. Our move plan was upended by the big snowstorm (several jobs that were to be completed before move in were pushed back, and we had a firm date for moving out of our old home). Braun was patient as we tried to figure out how to make everything work, and was flexible in helping us come up with a solution for the date we needed, even though they had another job. A 4-man crew came with 2 trucks (one large, one small) and the guys WORKED. They were professional, polite, careful but quick and efficient, respected both homes and got everything done without impatience or rushing even though it took a long time (which reflected on the job, not on their work ethic - they were amazing). Absolutely recommend.

The move went extremely well - although we did have to battle a very rainy day - but that didn't slow down the movers. They worked very hard. They were very respectful and listened carefully based on any of our suggestions. Their work ethic is excellent. They had to navigate two very large complexes at both ends of the move. They got the job done without disrupting the neighbors at either end. The driver/lead very carefully packed the truck and there was no damage.  We have a number of fragile pieces of furniture and electronics and all was handled with the utmost care. My wife and I were exhausted that evening but the heavy lifting was done by the movers for sure.  We explained how boxes were group based on final destination(s) and that worked very well. The movers worked quickly and professionally. Far beyond the scope of their work one of the movers offered to help us hang a shower curtain because he is tall and wanted to help.  We didn't need the help but we did appreciate the very positive attitude. We would HIGHLY recommend Braun for your future moving needs. You will be in good hands.

They were good, very careful with our furniture, hard workers.  Nothing was too heavy for them.  They worked quickly and efficiently.  We had no complaints or issues.  We have used them twice now and got excellent service;

Each time I used Braun they were on time and professional.  Everything arrived at the desired location undamaged.  The first time I used Braun was for myself.  The movers had to stop at a storage unit unload some items and pick up some items.  We then proceeded to the final destination.  Throughout the process they were pleasant and professional, for this reason I used them two additional times and will continue to use them in the future.

They showed up on time were extremely fast and polite.  The biggest problem we had was how fast they got the entire job done.

From the time they walked into our home until putting the last item in our apartment, they worked constantly. Total time was 2hr and 15min. Since we were paying by the hour, that quick turnaround time was appreciated. This move with this compnay was the best experience here in Baltimore in many years, as we have used other movers before. I would recommend them without hesitation.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THIS TESTIMONY IS VERY LATE - SERVICE APRIL 30TH 2014
I found this company 2 1/2 weeks before my husband and I planned on MOVING OURSELVES..so the price is what actually caught my attention. I called and spoke to a rep and was NOT sure if I was making a mistake or not. I asked if they were on Angie's list - when the rep said yes, I read all reviews and purchased the package.  I called 10 days out just because I'm a bit of a worrier -and was assured that all would be well. The only disappointing thing was that I was willing to pay for a 4th person (package was for 3 movers) for an extra $20 per hour. I thought that would expedite the timing. The day of the  move, they called me to tell me the driver was in a car accident - (wasn't sure if the 4th person didn't want to work in the rain or not) but that she was sending her "A" team. 
Our move date was 4/30/14 - THIS WAS THE WEEK WHERE IT POURED BUCKETS & BUCKETS OF RAIN IN BALTIMORE- 12 INCHES THE DAY OF THE MOVE. 
They were on time, handled my belongings with extreme care (better than my husband would:)) - examined every piece of furniture before wrapping in blankets and then taping. When they noticed any type of mark on my furniture, they called me into the room to show me first, which I greatly appreciated. 
Once they arrived to our home, they placed blankets on all the floors AND EVEN MOVED A PIECE OF FURNITURE WHEN I CHANGED MY MIND. WE TIPPED THEM VERY WELL - BECAUSE THEY DESERVED IT AND WERE SO APPRECIATIVE. 
VERY SOLID COMPANY - WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN.

Two guys and a truck. Very professional. Paperwork provided with timing noted. Worked hard, quickly, professionally, and carefully. All items were in truck quickly. In under two hours the entire job was done. Would highly recommend. Beat prices of other companies I contacted. Took great care with large pieces of granite countertop.

Excellent move! They packed all our things and nothing broke! They were also $500-1000 less than 2 other quotes.

They moved the hutch from my mom's assisted living to my house. They then moved my old hutch to an upstairs bedroom. They did an excellent job.

Braun movers were on time and ready to get started asap after an initial walk through. Very professional movers that took their job very seriously and did not mess around and very courteous. I would highly recommend this company for any future moves. A+ in my book, could not ask for better service.

They were speedy, fast, and fabulous!  They moved me from Maryland to Rhode Island and could not have asked for a better company.

They were efficient and timely. The only thing that did not go well is that one piece of furniture broke and they tried to repair it. It was something that we could move on without so we did not make a big deal out of it. The guys were truly sorry. Otherwise, they were great and we actually would use them again.
