Mike took on extra work and was willing to do this without charging me. He is kind and very detail-oriented. They were willing to move some of the big pieces of furniture and also installed a new railing. (Another contractor would not move any furniture and refused to do the railing. Lowe’s would only put carpet back on the stairs.) We have gotten a lot of compliments of the results! Below are before and after pictures."
