"We hired Kitchen Savers to help remodel our kitchen. After a few delays due to COVID-19, work got under way June 1st. Hasan the installer was awesome. He spent 5 days in a row with us doing demolition, resurfacing the cabinets, installing the new oven/microwave, crown molding, etc. Kitchen Savers was very professional and nicely orchestrated their subcontractors (Rock Tops for the countertops, electrician for the under cabinet lighting, plumber to install the sink and garbage disposal, etc.). We are very pleased with the workmanship and the final outcome. Even when we had an issue with one of the cabinet doors a few weeks later, Kitchen Savers sent out a workman to rehang the door with a double hinge and solved the issue free of charge. The only negative comment is that while Kitchen Savers works with subcontractors for certain things (i.e. countertops, etc.), that is where things end. So you have new cabinets and new countertops, but no backsplash. That's kind of crazy. If you want a backsplash or wall tile between the countertops and cabinets, you are on your own to fine another contractor. Likewise for flooring. This caused some issues as our floor contractor wanted to demo the floor before the cabinet work was done and we had to do a bit of juggling. It would have been nice to have one main contractor who organized and scheduled all the subs."

"Had a wonderful experience choosing TR Granite to replace counter-tops and install a new back-splash. They were very competitive and were responsive to all questions and requests. There was an issue with the sink and once a call was made it was quickly resolved with no hesitation. That speaks for great customer service! They had a great team of workers that coordinated their schedules so the project moved smoothly, from demolition, to granite placement , plumbing then tile work. The tile workmen found a faulty electrical connection behind the drywall they were removing . They helped to get in an electrician the same day to keep the project moving. This was a great help as it solved a safety issue as well. Kudos for a job well done. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!!"

Many of the other contractors who came to give quotes pushed design services or strongly encouraged us to purchase low-quality tile/fixtures through their suppliers, but this wasn't the case with S & J. Elias was fantastic--he helped confirm our tiles and fixtures were appropriate before we finalized our purchases, and we appreciated his attention to detail throughout the process."

"Scheduling appointment, measurements, and coming to terms handled easily and directly. Took them longer to get parts than they initially expected. At installation, they determined the sill of my shower should be repaired/refurbished prior to installing doors (they could not make that assessment until the old doors were removed. They did not insist, but recommended strongly repairing a few cracked tiles -- this was professional advise from the installer, which I took. We rescheduled the installation for the next week, I accomplished the repair myself over the weekend). The actual install found the shower walls were approx. 3/8" out of plumb -- but the installation went well. A slight miscommunication about final payment (I expected a final invoice, but did not receive one) was corrected with a simple phone call."

"I had a great experience working with Basement Systems USA. These guys were very professional, hardworking, and clean. They told me exactly what I needed to do and I was glad I went with their suggestions. I always had leak issues and occasionally my old sump pump wouldn’t even work. I can truly forget about it now even in the worst of storms. In fact, that happened the following weekend after they left! A big storm came through and we even lost power for a couple of hours. The backup battery they installed let the sump pump keep working perfectly. Talk about just in time!"
