It entailed a lot more work than I thought. They had to bust up three sections of the driveway in order to make it level and get a proper base and had to raise a drain in the driveway. Due to many issues with the county grinder in our front yard that the county has had to excavate our driveway had sunk down 3 inches. They created a smooth surface level to the sidewalk and did a nice job on the edges. We couldn't be more thrilled."

Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. "We hired Diversified Contractors to install a new patio, walkway and retaining wall at our home during the summer of 2017. The job consisted of removing an existing concrete patio and then installing a new patio and a 60-foot walkway using Westchester pavers. In addition, a 25-foot retaining wall incorporating a new PVC drainage system was installed under an existing deck. The job required a significant amount of landscaping and regrading of our backyard. "I initially contacted Sean via phone.  We had a very good and thorough conversation about several options through various price points that he had available before coming out for a site visit.  This allowed me to consider and compare him to other quotes I had received from competing deck companies before scheduling time to meet face to face.  Sean also made time to meet me during the weekend with short notice such that I did not have to take off time from work. Initially I had asked Sean for services to completely remove and build a brand new deck, which is a fairly large expense.  After Sean saw the condition of my deck's "bones" he felt that there was a better solution that was less expensive and added more value to house.  As mentioned, he gave several options and I decided on the option to place a engineered lumber support beam with additional posts that would not block the view of the below windows but yet still maintain the proper load requirements.  Secondly, Sean replaced the top decking with a PVC capped composite deck.  His crew did not need access to the house and therefore I did not need to be around while the deck was being built.  Him and his team were detailed and provided high quality service on our deck repair and face lift.
