He suggested I use a product for the clog; found the water issue, (a/c condensation drain clogged, and need new faucet. He could have quoted 3 different and large sum amounts. he didn't. His integrity was paramount. He showed me everything he was looking at and doing. I was involved in the process understanding WHAT and WHY he did the things that needed to be done or did. The cost was reasonable and fair. HE IS MY PLUMBER!"

"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

We were not at all unhappy with AA Action's suggestions or pricing - it's just that the other company's additional ideas made sense for our circumstances."
