"It went great! Mr. Kamran responded quickly and professionally to visit a property we were selling that the buyer was trying to have us concede thousands for issues that were minor. For our piece of mind we hired Mr. Ohi who providedus with a verbal assessment which was very thorough and indicated only minor repairs were needed. When we had purchased the house the settlement cracks were already there and they had not changed in 13 years. What we did not know was that those cracks should always be filled in. It was an $800-1500 repair and the buyers had been told it could be $5000-25000 by their unprofessional home inspector, exaggerating hone inspector. Having Mr. Ohi’s evaluation, which he allowed us to videotape gave us strength to negotiate from a position of power. "Having major remodel on lower level. Contractor tried to rope me into major work (and project delay) suggesting normal cracks on cinder block walls indicated a foundation issue. When I pushed back, he put project on hold stating I needed a structural engineer to certify. I called the first two people on home advisor locally and Omid got back to me in 2-3 min, was at my house within an hour and delivered a certified report within 3-4 hours. He listened to the situation and spoke with my contractor to hear his assessment before beginning his assessment measures. He directly pushed back on what contractor stated and provided simple solution for one crack that was more than hairline.
